I couldn't believe the attention you gave to the project. It was a great feeling knowing that you were coming by to check on the work progress/quality a couple of times a week. It's not often that the owner of a company is as visible as you were.

You treated our project like it was your own. If you didn't like the way it looked, you fixed it. You took pride in the project from beginning to end. It was especially great when the "cleanup and punch list" actually took place. So many times, a company pulls out and leaves cleanup to the homeowner.

I liked not "being locked" into a design. In other words, we were able to modify the design as each phase was completed. Often, what seems great in the beginning may not work as well later down the road. Because of the flexibility you offered, we were able to customize as we went along.

We liked the creativity that went into the project. So many landscaping companies force their customers into a “cookie cutter” plan. You came up with great ideas! Often, we feel like we live in a resort!
